Just realized my $80 vector asset pack barely had anything usable
I dropped cash on this big bundle from some designer marketplace a few months ago. Thought it would speed up my workflow with ready made icons and illustrations. But most of the files were poorly organized, weird file formats, or just didn't match the style I actually use in my work. I barely touched half of them. Has anyone else thrown money at a resource pack that ended up collecting dust?

The hidden tax nobody talks about with these packs is the time you waste sorting through the garbage to find the 10% that's actually usable. I bought a UI kit once that had like 200 icons but they were all in some weird EPS format that didn't play nice with half my software. By the time I converted and resized everything I could have just made my own from scratch. The marketing photos always show the best stuff but the actual download is a mess of random file versions and mismatched styles.
