Bought a $40 tablet stand and it fixed my neck pain in a week

I was getting this annoying crick in my neck after long drawing sessions. My iPad was just sitting flat on the desk, so I was hunching over it. Picked up a simple adjustable stand for $40 on Amazon, and it lets me tilt the screen up to eye level. Has anyone else found a cheap hardware fix that changed their posture?

Funny thing nobody mentions - check your chair height too. Got a cheap stand and raised my screen, but then realized I was still craning my neck 'cause my chair was too low. Ended up stacking some old phone books under my monitors for that extra inch. That tiny tilt change made my shoulders drop and my back stop killing me after 8 hour kitchen shifts on my feet. Sometimes it's not just one fix, it's the combo that does it.

Kick myself for not thinking of it sooner honestly. Spent years on a mountain of pillows like some sort of neck pain wizard, then a $20 monitor arm fixed everything in two days. Idk why we all insist on suffering before buying the obvious solution.
