My experiment with early mornings left me feeling worse, not better.

I read all these tips about designing your life around a morning routine. So I started waking up at 5 AM to get a head start on the day. Now I'm yawning by noon and can't concentrate on anything. This was supposed to make me more productive, but it just made me tired. Has anyone else tried this and had it backfire?

So much for that head start, huh.

Robin's got a point about your body's natural clock. But honestly, the bigger issue might be your nighttime routine. If you're scrolling in bed until midnight, that 5am alarm is fighting a losing battle. It's not just when you wake up, it's about getting enough deep sleep before the alarm even goes off. What were you doing in the hours before you tried to sleep?

What time do you normally wake up without an alarm? Maybe your body just isn't built for 5am lol.
