I used to figure once you picked a color combo you just had to live with it or start over. Then I watched a guy change one green and turn a whole sign around, which told me the problem is usually just one shade, not the whole idea. That lime shift you did makes total sense too, since red plus neon green reads as food way faster than red plus forest green ever will.

Did the screenshot have some kind of blue light filter turned on?

Been doing the pocket spoon for years and I'll die on this hill. Hot sauce, soup, pan sauce, whatever, that spoon lives in my apron and gets a wipe on the rag. You taste with your tongue, not the spoon, so a quick wipe is all you need. The whole fresh spoon thing is just habit, not food safety. Dish pit backs up way less and nobody's gotten sick off my cooking yet.
