Glad it went well! I've always thought about doing something like that. What was the BIGGEST hurdle you had to get over to make it happen? Like, did everyone chip in for food, or was it more casual? Also, how did you deal with neighbors who might not have been into it? Sharing a meal sounds nice, but I worry it could be awkward if people don't mix well.

My friend's hurdle was agreeing on potluck, but complaining neighbors loved the homemade pie.
