My 3D printer's lead screw jammed mid-print last night

I mean, everyone says to just keep them greased, but I cleaned and lubed it a week ago and it still seized up. Has anyone found a better fix than just more grease?

Forget grease, patricia385, you should have used a dry lubricant.
