Hit 1,000 service calls last month and it got me thinking

I passed 1,000 completed service calls last month. I didn't even realize until I flipped through my old job logs from when I started 12 years ago. Seeing that number on paper made me remember how I used to carry a paper map and a flip phone to find jobs. Now I track everything on an app but the work feels heavier in my hands these days. Any of you old timers ever count up your calls and get surprised?

My buddy Mark hit 2,500 calls last year and he said the same thing lol. He was sorting through an old binder from 2008 and found his first job sheet written on a napkin because he ran out of paper. Made him realize how much tech changed but the stress of getting there on time never really left.
