Oh man, the standing in one spot thing is such a common thought (I used to think the same). It's crazy how much walking it actually is, just constant motion. My feet are permanently sore from a past job like that, no joke. You really do end up covering miles without even realizing it until you're done.
Yeah, standing in one spot is the dream. That number sounds about right though. My knees are shot from all that walking on hard surfaces. It's a grind every single day. People really don't get how much ground we cover.
