My moisture meter lied about a slab in a Phoenix condo last month

It read fine, but the glue failed after 48 hours. Do you guys trust your meters, or do you still do the plastic sheet test every single time?

Oh man, that's brutal! My meter's gotten me before too. I guess those plastic sheets don't lie, even if they are a pain.

Ugh, moisture meters have trust issues! I still do the plastic sheet test on every job, because like @eric359 said, at least those are honest. My meter is basically a fancy guess at this point.
