Yeah that hits home. My own contracts read like wish lists now. Realized they only work if the other person feels like playing nice. Kind of a scary way to do business. Makes you wonder why we bother with all the fancy language. Guess it's just for show most of the time.

Contracts give you real power when things go wrong, sam_hart. The fancy language is there to protect you, not just for show.
