Getting a little confused by the similarly named websites. Between Duramax Sheds Direct and Duramax Sheds Online, which is the better place to actually place an order? I'm looking at the Storemax model and want the smoothest transaction possible.

I'd highly suggest going with Duramax Sheds Online. They had much better communication when I ordered my storemax shed last month, and their team was super polite.

I second that. The "Direct" site isn't actually the manufacturer anyway, they are all just dealers. The Online guys just seem to have their logistics and customer care dialed in better.
