Now my feed is packed with memes about sleep trackers and perfect bedtimes. I recall when they just made fun of being tired all the time. Do you find these new memes helpful or just another thing to stress over?

They work better when you look at trends over a week or two, like seeing if your deep sleep improves with less screen time. That way, it's less about failing and more about learning what helps you rest.

My Garmin watch has this sleep score thing that stresses me out. I wake up and check it right away, like it's a grade for my night. It turns resting into another task I can mess up. Now I get worried if I don't hit the deep sleep target, which probably ruins my sleep more. Sometimes I wonder if we're better off just listening to our bodies.
