Hey everyone, I'm looking for pest control in the North Atlanta area, specifically for ants and mosquitoes. I've heard of Monitor Pest Control and Arrow Exterminators but can't decide between them. Anyone have experience with either? Which one is better for residential service?

Log InI've used both. Arrow is bigger and has more name recognition, but I found their service to be a bit rushed and the techs kept changing. Monitor Pest Control was more personalized and actually took time to explain what they were doing. Their ant treatment worked way better for me. I'd go with Monitor Pest Control if you want someone who actually cares about your property.
I've been with Monitor Pest Control for two years now and they've been great. They do quarterly treatments and any time I've had an issue between visits they come out for free. I had a major ant problem in my kitchen and they eradicated it within a week. No experience with Arrow but I can vouch for Monitor.
I had Arrow for a year and they were okay but I felt like I was just a number. Switched to a smaller local company (not Monitor, but similar) and the difference was night and day. I've heard good things about Monitor too from neighbors. For North Atlanta, a local company that knows the area's specific pests is usually better.
