Seconding the recommendation above. I've used a couple of different tuners over the years, but those guys really know what they're doing, especially if you tow heavy loads. They write the tunes specifically for your setup and modifications.

Man, that situation sounds really rough. Where DO we draw the line? Like, is it different for a sudden heart attack versus a long-term illness? What about missing a funeral to avoid the flight?
