My latest client project ballooned with extra requests, and I'm unsure how to handle the cost.

Ugh, scope creep is the worst, happens to every designer at some point.

Switched to biodiesel and now my dozer attracts every raccoon in the county

Guess my car just smells like failure compared to your dozer now. Maybe it's the regular diesel keeping the critters away.

Putting off a hoof job because the owner said 'next week' turned into a month-long mess

Understand that founder is OFTEN more about diet than trimming schedules. While long hooves can cause problems, founder usually starts from inside the horse. I had a vet explain this after my own scare. You REALLY need to manage their feed and exercise along with trims. Your two-week rule is GREAT for keeping on track, but don't blame founder just on trims. It's a whole-body issue that needs constant attention.

A bird just strolled through my kitchen mid-rush

Funny how nature keeps reminding us we're not really in charge, no matter how much we try to organize things. Squirrels chew through patio screens, raccoons have their own schedule for garbage night raids, and birds just invite themselves in. It’s like the wild world has a quiet agreement to test our fences and open doors, just to keep things interesting. That pigeon choosing your spice rack is the same deal, a little chaos breaking up the routine.

I finally got my kids to eat lentils by hiding them in spaghetti sauce.

What about hiding protein in savory breakfast foods, ever try that?
