Unpopular opinion: Trimming client feedback rounds got us paid faster
We used to send drafts back and forth for EVERY tiny edit, which dragged projects out. Last month, we switched to one consolidated review at the end. Clients now give all notes at once, and we knock them out in one go. Invoices are going out weeks earlier because stuff actually FINISHES. If you're stuck in endless revision loops, push for this change. It's a small tweak that makes a HUGE difference in cash flow.
