Why fuss over notes when the chili's good?

It's funny how we get stuck on the "original" version of things, right? Coats are one thing, but I see it with phones and kitchen tools too, where the new option works better for daily use. Makes you wonder what else we're missing because it's not the classic choice.

Wish my before-and-after shots looked half as good as that kitchen.
