Suddenly you're scrambling to explain why the submit button is on the left and not the right, and your gut feeling isn't a good enough answer. It forces you to build a reason for every single little choice, which honestly makes the final thing way stronger.

Wait... I actually miss those old ribbon cables. The struggle made you really learn how a computer fits together. Now everything just slides into place and you don't have to think at all. That forced planning made you a better builder, and fixing a messy cable run felt like a real win. The rounded cables we got later were a perfect fix anyway. New builders have it easy but they don't learn the same way.
