That "complete" label is such a trap these days. It makes me wonder if they're banking on people not knowing what should actually be in a series. You buy it thinking you're getting everything, but there's no real standard for what that means. It feels like false advertising, but they hide behind small print. They know most fans want the full story and will pay for it. It's a cheap way to sell an incomplete product at a full price.

Buddy of mine works on a Great Lakes tug. His whole crew skipped the manual, just eyeballed it based on an older barge. Ran that dredge for two months shaking itself apart.
