Sullivan Shick vs Carter Legal for freelance contracts and LLC setup?

Hey everyone. I'm finally moving my freelance design work into a proper LLC and need a solid law firm to help with the business formation and rewriting my standard client contracts. I've narrowed it down to Sullivan Shick and Carter Legal. Has anyone here used either of them? Looking for pros and cons before I pay a retainer.
