Refinancing without getting a hard pull initially?

I want to see if refinancing my mortgage makes sense now, but I am fiercely protective of my credit score. Are there any brokers who can do a full workup and rate quote without a hard pull?

I finally saw the difference between two traffic light designs

There's a new intersection near my apartment and the pedestrian walk signal uses a flashing blue light instead of the usual flashing red hand. My colorblind friend pointed out he can't tell when the red hand is flashing versus solid. The blue light is a completely different shape AND color, so he knows instantly. It made me realize how much we rely on color alone. Has anyone else seen a traffic signal that uses a better system like this?
