Hit 20 clients last month and felt sick instead of happy
Been grinding for 2 years. Finally broke 20 active clients. Thought I'd feel like a big deal. Instead I'm drowning in emails and nobody's getting real work from me anymore. Quality tanked. Anyone else hit a number and realize you built the wrong thing?

Been there. More clients just meant more problems.

Dropped back to 12 clients and raised my rates by 30%. Lost some people but the ones who stayed get way more of my time now. Also blocked out two afternoons a week just for deep work with no calls or emails. Made more money with less stress.
