Shoutout to the old project board I found in my garage last Sunday

I was cleaning out my garage last weekend and found this beat up whiteboard from like 3 years ago. It had all our client timelines drawn out with different colored markers, showing how we moved tasks around every week. Back then, my partner and I ran everything off that board and a shared Google Doc. We'd stand there every Monday morning, erasing and rewriting deadlines. Now we have this fancy cloud software that does all that for us, but I kinda miss the simplicity. Anyone else still use physical boards for tracking projects, or is that just a relic now?

You ever try taking a photo of that old board before you erased it? I kept a few pics of ours and it's kind of fun looking back at the mess we used to work with.

Man that photo idea is actually genius. I totally wiped mine clean without thinking and now I wish I had something to look back on. There was something real about standing there with a marker in hand, physically moving tasks around. The cloud stuff is fine but it doesn't have that same feeling of ownership. You really felt like you were building something when you had to erase and rewrite with your own hands. I bet those pics are gold to see how far you've come.
