Finally counted my espresso pulls from last month and hit 63

I keep a little notebook by my machine (a Gaggia Classic) and jot down every shot I pull. Last week I tallied up November and was surprised to see 63 total pulls. That's over 2 a day on average which feels like a lot for just me and my wife. Anyone else track their home espresso numbers and get surprised by the count?

Tracked my pourover ratios for a whole month once. 47 different brews. Turns out I drink more coffee than water some days.

Wait, isn't tracking that much just overcomplicating something that should be simple? Coffee ratios are nice for dialing in, but if you're logging 47 brews you're probably chasing a perfect cup that doesn't exist. Honestly, just eyeballing it and enjoying the drink beats making it feel like a lab experiment any day.
