I finally learned why you never rush a color correction session

Had a client come in with box dye disaster, and I tried to fix it in one sitting to save time. The color lifted unevenly, and I ended up spending three more hours over two days to get it right. Always block out double the time you think you'll need for corrections. Rushing just leads to more work and unhappy clients.

My buddy Jake tried to fix his cousin's black box dye in one go last month. He said the same thing happened, patchy lift that took two extra appointments to fix.
