Found a simple trick for my morning routine that actually stuck
For months I kept trying those fancy 5-step morning routines from YouTube and I'd give up by day 3. Then I read about just picking one small thing you actually like doing and building everything else around that. For me it was making a real cup of coffee with my $15 French press instead of just hitting brew on a machine. Now I look forward to getting up because I get that 10 minutes of quiet before the chaos. Anyone else have a single habit that made the rest of your routine finally click?

Ditch the fancy stuff and just start with making your bed. Takes 30 seconds, and once that's done I feel like I've already won the day.

Honestly, my buddy tried that and now he can't leave his room without the bed looking like a hotel!

French press is actually pour over, not the same as a regular press.
