I argued against using GPS on dozers for years until seeing it cut grade time in half

My buddy Kyle was the same way, swore GPS was for rookies until he saw it cut his grading time in half. Had to eat his words same as leo_hart13 said. Now he won't start a job without it.

Shoutout to my book club for always picking bestsellers

Does sticking only to bestsellers make the club's talks feel a bit too predictable after a while? When we skip books like that poetry collection, we might miss a chance to really dig into new ideas. Christopher's point about not always needing deep debate is fair, but doesn't always playing it safe make the whole thing less fun?

Ditching cash envelopes actually helped my budget

Wait, is holding up a line for thirty seconds really that bad? People act like putting back a jar of sauce is some huge public failure. The whole point of cash is feeling the limit. Your phone notes just let you cheat the system you set up. If you're constantly moving money between categories on the fly, you never really stick to a budget. Sounds like the envelope method was working, you just hated the minor awkwardness.
