I started writing down one small thing I could finish each morning, nothing big. That way the cage door feels open because you're moving, just slowly. The deadline stops being a scary wall and becomes just a line of those little steps. Takes the pressure off so you can actually think.

Ever think about how much visual detail gets lost when you're reading lines? Grandma probably saw the art and the character expressions in a way she couldn't if she was just tracking text. So what's more true, hearing the original voice or actually seeing the story the artist drew?
