I ask because the Magic Clip is known for its staggered teeth that feed hair faster, which is great for blending but can be a pain if you're trying to do big bulk removal with a 1 or 2 guard on thick hair. Did you notice it bogging down at all on the first pass, or was it mostly clean cuts? That's usually where the Senior pulls ahead, more torque for knocking down the heavy stuff before you start fading.

Wait, did you actually link all 3 sections? The SHT through Minnesota is usually broken into the Duluth section, the Two Harbors section, and the Grand Marais section. Finland to Crosby Manitou is up in the north part, so you might have closed out just the northern chunk and not the whole state stretch. Split Rock is in the Two Harbors area, so if that was your first piece, you'd still have the Duluth end to cover. Not trying to nitpick, just wondering if you're counting the whole trail or a specific section.
