That pressure failure is the worst. I had the same thing happen with my Kamvas 16. I found the nib was actually worn down too far and was getting stuck inside the pen, which messed with the sensor. A fresh nib fixed it completely.

Watched a 60 ton mobile crane get real tippy on a pad out near Baytown last spring. The foreman called it way before the weather radio even chirped, just felt the pressure drop in his bones. They had it lowered and blocked in under ten minutes, pure instinct.
