PSA: My town's new bike lane got blocked by a delivery truck for the third time this month

Saw it again this morning. A big box truck parked right in the new protected lane on Maple Street. It's been three weeks since they painted it. The driver told me he 'needed to make his drop' and it would 'only be five minutes'. That's the problem. Every single 'five minutes' adds up and makes the lane useless. If we build infrastructure but don't enforce it, nothing changes. How do other cities actually keep these lanes clear for people?

Back in the day, we always rammed our greensand molds with a hand rammer. Last week I tried using the new pneumatic rammer on a simple cope and drag for a gear blank, and the mold was way too hard. The casting came out with a massive swell. I guess the old way had a feel to it that the machine just doesn't get yet. Anyone run into this with the new gear?

I finally tried that trick with the dental floss for pulling wire bundles through tight spots

I saw a guy at the hangar in Mesa do it last year and thought it was just a weird hack, but I was stuck on a Citation last week trying to get a new comm antenna cable through a wing root. I used some unwaxed floss tied to a shop vac hose, and it pulled through clean on the first try. Anyone else have a weird tool or trick that actually works for routing avionics wire?
