Shoutout to stacking 50 frames for a clear Jupiter shot

I was getting blurry photos of Jupiter from my backyard in Denver, even with a decent telescope. The planet looked like a fuzzy ball, and I couldn't see any cloud bands. A guy in a forum said to try stacking, which sounded like a lot of work. So I recorded a 2 minute video of Jupiter, then used free software called Registax to stack the best 50 frames from it. The difference was crazy. The blur was gone and I could finally see the stripes and the Great Red Spot. But some people say stacking is cheating and you should only use single shots. What do you think, is stacking a legit trick or does it take away from real astrophotography?

I tried it on a Nikon FM2 that came in last Tuesday, and the heat warped a tiny plastic gear inside. The whole shutter timing is off now. Saw a crane lift a whole house in one piece on the news

I was watching a local news report from Portland last night and they showed a crew moving a two-story house. The whole thing was lifted by a mobile crane and set down on a new foundation across the street. The reporter said the house weighed over 80 tons. I always knew we could lift heavy stuff, but seeing a complete house in the air was something else. What's the biggest single lift you've ever been a part of?
