My old drip machine from 2010 finally gave out last month

From 2010" means your machine lasted way longer than most.

Vent: My client's wedding invite font choice was a total disaster

Sounds like a font hill to die on. They paid you, you warned them, and they still wanted it. The mom's opinion is what finally changed their mind, not your professional advice. Not sure losing sleep over a client's bad choice is worth it when you already told them it wouldn't work.

A customer in Boise told me my clear coat looked 'like a bowl of oatmeal' and now I always check my gun's pressure before starting.

Okay but is checking the pressure really that big of a deal? I get that it fixed your problem, but it sounds like a basic step you should already be doing. Feels like getting praised for remembering to put your pants on in the morning. Still, if it saved three jobs, maybe the bar is just that low for some shops.

My little Etsy shop just sold its 500th sticker design

Still just a number though. Doesn't mean you have to turn it into a whole thing.

Rant: I dropped $300 on a 'pro' paint sprayer and it was a total waste for my garage

Watch people overthink mixing paint and it reminds me of every recipe comment section. Someone will ask "how much salt" and you get fifty replies ranging from a pinch to three tablespoons, each person swearing their way is the only way to not ruin dinner. Same energy here. You just have to start with less than you think, test it on some cardboard, and add a tiny bit more if it's spitting. The fear of messing up often causes more problems than just trying the thing.
